Everyday brew guide
Start at 95°C and 3 minutes for a smoother cup. Use freshly boiled water and the 4–5 minute steep for a fuller, balanced cup. Taste before adding milk or sweetener.
Tea record
This orthodox, traditional-leaf blend uses Orange Pekoe black tea and is small-batch blended in Canada. Its dry leaf is predominantly black with visible blue cornflower petals; the brewed tea is bright and coppery.

Brew the tea at double strength, then combine it with warm or steamed milk. Sweeten to taste.
Brew at double strength for 3–4 minutes, strain, and pour over a full glass of ice. Add milk if desired.

I have been drinking Cream of Earl Grey tea every morning for years now and it never gets old. Steeped for 3 minutes, served with whole milk and a hint of honey, it is so very satisfying. I will be purchasing it for years to come and I look forward to tasting Vintage Fork’s Double Cream Earl Grey!
It is the delightful scent of the tea that lures me. This has been my favorite version of this tea for awhile now. I love it. A bit of warm milk and some Mexican vanilla and I’m in heaven.

I relish the aroma of the tea as I open the cannister. I breathe deeply as I scoop the tea leaves into my little seive. After the tea is steeped, once again the tea releases its fragrance, and I can hardly wait to drink it, but it's still too hot. Finally, the moment arrives and I sip the delicious fragrant tea. I can drink it all day, but that first cup is the best. It starts my day in a very good way. Thank you for an excellent tea and product!

I adore this Cream of Earl Grey tea. It is a strong black tea with a good depth of flavour, but has these wonderful sweet and creamy notes to lighten it up. It is perfect for anyone who loves adding a bit of sweetness to their cup of Earl Grey, and should be a staple for anyone who prefers more traditional tea flavours.

This has been my favourite Earl Grey spin in ages. I love that it's a touch more rich than regular Earl Grey, but not as citrusy as Lady Grey. Extra best is that it comes in decaf!!
